RAMPAGE OF APPRECIATION
Be In A State of Wildly Excited Activity

I came across a phrase that I was completely unfamiliar with and I actually had to research to find its meaning.
Once I did, I was left confused. The reason being is because I was unsure if I was an active participant in this terminology that others are using quite frequently these days.
It wasn't until I had a meaningful conversation with someone who enlightened me that I understood the difference in what I was doing verses what the definition of this phrase is.
"Love bombing" in short is when a person is overly complimentary towards another with flattering words in hopes to gain some sort of control over the person in the near future.
My confusion came because I met someone who I was expressing a deep sense of appreciation and gratitude towards for their friendship.
This behavior is completely normal for me especially these days but when I encountered this expression "love bombing," I was unhinged.
I have love and gratitude for so many things but especially towards those who offer genuine friendship.
Finding such is a rarity, so in my state of admiration, I communicate without reservation.
My friend told me to evaluate the intent of my words and I would know for certainty whether or not I was operating within the law of authenticity or acting with the intent to manipulate.
For me, the answer was instantaneous.
I began to research what is the highest vibration of energy that we can hold. I was shocked to find out that it's not gratitude, which I initially thought.
The highest and most purest form of energy that we can exude and absorb is AUTHENTICITY.
When you are authentic, genuine, sincere, and truthful, you permeate a sweet aroma that others are attracted to.
And when you add gratitude and appreciation with that, you will create endless opportunities for yourself.
I just got off the phone with someone who has had delays, cancellations along with a plethora of other encounters on their journey to another country.
He said, "what else can go wrong?"
My exact words were "you better start looking at all of the things that are going right or you will certainly find out."
If you go throughout your day highlighting all of the things that you don't like, more and more and more will come your way.
But if you go through your day on a rampage of appreciation, you will indeed find more things to appreciate.
The moment my eyes open in the mornings, I start this rampage. But in doing this, I am as genuine as one could be.
If the circumstances are not ideal when you wake, like you have a stiff neck, find anything to be thankful for. Switch your thoughts from the pain and focus on something completely different.
Sometimes it can be as simple as a color in the room.
We are designed to reign in life, not barely get through it and having an authentic appreciation for yourself and others is essential.
